FOUNDED IN 2025, RETRIX ESPORTS WAS BUILT ON A SIMPLE BELIEF THAT STRUCTURE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND OPPORTUNITY SHOULD EXIST AT EVERY LEVEL OF COMPETITIVE GAMING. BORN FROM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE UK ESPORTS SCENE, RETRIX WAS CREATED TO OFFER THE NEXT GENERATION OF PLAYERS THE SAME ENVIRONMENT AND SUPPORT ONCE RESERVED FOR THE ELITE.WHILE OUR STORY IS JUST BEGINNING, OUR VISION IS CLEAR: TO REDEFINE WHAT GRASSROOTS ESPORTS CAN BE. DANIEL "PANDORA" MILLER

IGL // TEAM CAPTAIN

Daniel “Pandora” Miller, 21, from Germany, is the in-game leader and captain of Retrix Esports.
A lifelong competitor, Daniel grew up obsessed with strategy - from board games to competitive table tennis - always driven to improve and win. After a serious foot injury cut his sports career short, he turned to gaming and discovered Rainbow Six Siege.
Since entering esports in 2021, Daniel has consistently taken on leadership roles as both IGL and captain. His focus, discipline, and passion for competition continue to define the team’s structure and identity within Retrix.

JACK "ZENIQ" FINCH

SUPPORT // FLEX

Jack Finch, better known as Zeniq, is the flex player for Retrix Esports.
Zeniq has over six years of experience in game, but while being relatively new to the competitive scene, he is quickly proving his potential through
strong game sense, adaptability and solid mechanics.
Dedicated to constant improvement, Zeniq values efficiency, precision, humility, and sportsmanship.
His disciplined approach and drive to progress make him a dependable member of the team.

JAMIE "PEQZA"

PRIMARY ENTRY

Jamie “peqza”, 20, from Germany, is a dedicated member of Retrix Esports.
A lifelong competitor, Jamie has always been drawn to strategy through sports and competitive gaming. Growing up playing football, Jamie developed teamwork, discipline, and a competitive mindset, which later translated seamlessly into Rainbow Six Siege.
Since joining esports in 2023, Jamie has consistently demonstrated strong teamwork, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Known for focus, discipline, and a passion for competition, Jamie continues to contribute significantly to the team’s growth and identity within the roster.

NIKLAS "NEOTEK"

SECONDARY ENTRY

Niklas “Neotek” grew up with a strong competitive spirit, excelling in table football, table tennis, and school swimming competitions where his determination to win always stood out. That same ambition eventually carried over into esports.He began competing in Rainbow Six Siege during the summer of 2021 and impressively earned prize money in his very first match. From the start, Niklas showed a relentless drive to improve - pairing sharp map awareness with confident decision-making and mechanical consistency.Now serving as a secondary entry for Retrix Esports, his awareness, confidence, and adaptability make him a vital part of the team’s aggressive core and overall success.

Interested in Joining Retrix?Becoming part of Retrix means more than just joining a team - it’s about committing to structure, discipline, and growth.Our recruitment process runs in two stages designed to identify dedicated and competitive players ready to develop within a professional environment:Stage 1 - Application Form:
Message @de_LK on Discord to receive the official Player Recruitment Pack and application form, which outlines our expectations, structure, and how we evaluate players. Submit gameplay clips or VODs for our staff to assess mechanical skill, decision-making, and team communication.
Stage 2 - Scrim Trials:
Selected applicants will take part in scrims with our roster to evaluate team fit, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
