Jack Finch, better known as Zeniq, is the flex player for Retrix Esports.
Zeniq has over six years of experience in game, but while being relatively new to the competitive scene, he is quickly proving his potential through strong game sense, adaptability and solid mechanics.Dedicated to constant improvement, Zeniq values efficiency, precision, humility and sportsmanship.
His disciplined approach and drive to progress make him a dependable member of the team.He has recently been given the IGL role where he's working closely with the coach to fast track his abilities.

Jamie “Pezqa”, 20, from Germany, is a core member of Retrix Esports.
A natural competitor, Jamie’s background in football helped develop strong teamwork, discipline and a tactical mindset; qualities that translated seamlessly into competitive Rainbow Six Siege.Since entering esports in 2023, Jamie has consistently demonstrated adaptability, strong game sense and reliable teamwork. His focus and commitment to improvement continue to play a key role in shaping the team’s performance and identity within Retrix Esports.

Niklas “Neotek” grew up with a strong competitive spirit, excelling in table football, table tennis, and school swimming competitions where his determination to win always stood out. That same ambition eventually carried over into esports.He began competing in Rainbow Six Siege during the summer of 2021 and impressively earned prize money in his very first match. From the start, Niklas showed a relentless drive to improve - pairing sharp map awareness with confident decision-making and mechanical consistency.Now serving as a secondary entry for Retrix Esports, his awareness, confidence and adaptability make him a vital part of the team’s aggressive core and overall success.
KALLE "KP" SALO

Naturally introverted, Kalle spent most of his early years gravitating toward gaming, where he found focus, comfort and a space to challenge himself. Before committing fully to esports, he worked as a professional cook - an intense environment that taught him precision, calm under pressure and mental resilience. In 2024, a heart condition forced him to step back from the kitchen, shifting his full attention to competitive gaming.Kalle first discovered Rainbow Six Siege in 2016 but began competing seriously in 2020. Known for his strong work ethic, passion for improvement, and sharp, honest communication style, he brings consistency and a relentless drive to every session. His commitment to growth makes him a valuable and steady presence within Retrix.
